Shipping terms :

Atlhough we attach the greatest importance to the quality of our services, we advise you us to make sure, especially before signing the delivery note, that the delivery is intact and full.

If you should notice any irregularity (smashed bottle, incomplete or missing parcel, and so on...), you must express some reservations on the delivery note and, if necessary, reject the whole delivery. In any case, please feel free to contact us. We will immediately replace the goods.

Personal Guarantee :

Even if it has only rarely happened to us, one of our products might not come up to your expectations.

In that case, we allow you a 2 month time of receipt of your order in order to send by fax or post your complaint. We collect, at our expenses, the goods and as soon as we receive the rest of the bottles, we will address to you by post a refunding cheque of the returns.

Disputes :

According to the law of 12th of May 1980, the salesman reserves the goods ownership until the entire settlement of the invoice. Any dispute will come within the competence of the trade court from LIBOURNE, chief town of our registered office.

We suggest you 3 ways of payment :

Payment by Internet with a credit card

For that, you need note down your credit card number and also your expired date where it is specified. All these information are compulsory.

We accept VISACARD, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD and as well AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Regarding AMERICAN EXPRESS, it is necessary to specify the CARDOWNER’s name and address.

Usual payment with a credit card or a cheque

In case of a payment with a cheque, you will have to return it to us by post with your confirmation of an order. In case of a payment with a credit card, you will have to return us by fax or post your confirmation of an order without forgetting to specify your credit card number and your expired date and to put your signature to the order form.

On receipt of your payment, your order will be booked and will reach you within a fortnight.

We accept the above-mentioned credit cards.

Cash on delivery :

The way of payment may be applied only for any order superior or equal to a £ 120 purchase. As soon as we receive your confirmation of an order, your order will be immediately booked. The settlement will be made to the driver on the delivery day, in exchange of an extra charge of £ 15.

Exchange rate :

All our prices are displayed in the currency of the buyer’s country.

In case of any payment with a credit card we are credited in euros and the client is ever debited in the currency of his country, according to the exchange rate ruled by his bank.

In case of any payment with a cheque, it will be made out in the currency of the buyer’s country to La Tour des Chevaliers.
